PowerToys, a great set of windows utilities!

I have been using PowerToys since windows xp, They are a great set of free windows utilities that has improved a lot over time.

Latest version (May 2023), has a new utility that I really found helpful.

It’s called Mouse Without Borders. If you have multiple monitors and computers , you can simply connect the computers with this tool, and just use 1 set of keyboard – mouse to move through monitors – computers without the need to have a switch box. Mouse and keyboard can be connected to only one computer!!! You can also copy – move files from one computer to the others.

I happen to have 3 monitors and 2 computers, and it’s SO convenient to be able to just move the mouse to whichever monitor I want (the pc that the mouse is on, automatically uses the keyboard as well).
Transparently without having to push any switches or shortcut keys.

Of course there are a bunch of other utilities that are really helpfull, like the Fancy Zones that gives you custom split zones for each monitor to quickly arrange applications (windows only provides a 50/50 split by default, one app on the left / one app on the right)

PowerRename, ColorPicker etc.
